The things you include on your mood board don’t necessarily have to relate directly to your project. it draws from a wide variety of sources for inspiration, from food packaging to fine art. Just because something is from a different genre than your project, it doesn’t mean you can’t use it to help establish and convey an emotional vibe with forms. Nothing is off limits.
Objective
sketch these influence from the mood-board, including them among your actual ideation work on the up-left corner, and try to catch a strong sense of its aesthetic qualities, such as proportion, contrast, scale or dynamic feelings, Don’t hang up on the details, try to convey a style and emotional vibe with forms.
