Power Operated Handheld Products_2024 Sophomore

I place strong emphasis on an iterative design process and set a standard for having an evidence-based study and a well-founded rationale through exhaustive exploration, culminating in a robust design output in design studios.

I was fortunate to work with these talented sophomores in DAAP Summer 2024 who were willing to take the challenge and go the extra miles to accomplish this goal.

Zumbi Rodriguez, Class of 2027

Usability and Ergonomics.
Zumbi sincerely delved into this problem and proposed a solution for it. He developed a CAD model A, and I made two revisions (B, C) as part my comments after the final. The objective is to explain how to explore more variations in visual perception, assembly, and CMF decisions. Moving forward, High-fidelity variations is a must before fully committing to CAD. Please get ready for that.
